Circularity & Responsibility

Sustainable manufacturing engineered for the real world

Sustainability & Circularity | Zebra Disposables

In professional catering, foodservice, and global retail, hygiene cannot be compromised. At Arcplast, we address sustainability through strict material discipline: eliminating mixed plastics, recycling 100% of internal production scrap, and providing certified reusable solutions aligned with evolving international regulations.

100% Mono-Material Polymers (Pure PP & PS)
0% In-House Production Scrap to Landfill
100+ Wash Cycles on Reusable Range
EU 10/2011 Food-Contact Compliant & BPA-Free
PP #5 · PS #6

Pure Mono-Material Architecture

We manufacture strictly with 100% recyclable, mono-grade Polypropylene (PP) and Polystyrene (PS). By avoiding problematic multi-layer barriers or unseparable laminates, our products fit cleanly into automated sorting streams and mechanical recycling infrastructures worldwide.

Closed-Loop Facility

100% In-House Scrap Recovery

Thermoforming produces edge-trims, but in our Istanbul manufacturing plant, zero production cutoffs leave as waste. In-line granulation systems capture, granulate, and re-extrude clean production scrap directly back into high-grade sheet extrusion without compromising structural integrity.

Resource Optimization

Lifecycle Water & Chemical Savings

In high-turnaround catering, travel, and healthcare, single-use tableware eliminates continuous industrial dishwashing cycles that consume millions of liters of heated water and harsh chemical detergents. Our lightweight designs also minimize transport fuel emissions per unit.

EU PPWR / SUPD Compliant

Dual Model: Certified Reusable Range

To assist international partners navigating European Packaging & Packaging Waste (PPWR) directives, our Reusable Range provides heavy-gauge PP tableware certified for 100+ commercial dishwashing cycles, offering seamless transition where multi-use formats are mandated.
